Rev. Andriette Earl is the founding Minister of Heart and Soul Center of Light, author, spiritual counselor, mediator, masterful teacher and an extraordinary life coach. Also known as The Freedom Coach, Rev. Andriette inspires us to be everything we can be and much more than we thought we could be.

Rev. Angelo Allen is the Assistant Minister at Heart and Soul Center of Light. He believes prayer, practice, and continued education are the essential “three-legged stool” supporting spiritual development. Rev. Angelo has enjoyed collaborating with Rev. Andriette as both a student and a colleague for over eleven years.

When Goodness Piles Up

I am awed by a phenomenon that I can only describe as a “goodness convergence”. A goodness convergence is when ideas, materials, people – whatever is needed – appears from seemingly out of nowhere at just the right time with energetic movement towards some common purpose of goodness. The outcome of a goodness convergence is invariably grander and more expansive than anything human planning could have produced. Those who experience this phenomenon often report they feel “swept up” into a current of lightness and power; infused with a sense that only good is possible. It is out of this personal awareness of “only good” that folks find then themselves shifted from of their normal patterns of being and lifted into an experience of wholeness. In this state, they find themselves capable of much more than they ever thought. How do I know? Because for the last 100+ days, I’ve been standing at the very epicenter of a goodness convergence which has revealed Itself as Heart and Soul Center of Light.
I need to tell you this: No one planned Heart and Soul Center of Light. Our church was born purely out of visioning that began only a short time before we held our first church service. Visioning is a structured process that simply asks for God’s perfect idea of whatever God has in Mind. When Rev. Andriette made the announcement that she was being called to birth a ministry, she, myself, and a few others began visioning frequently. The central question for our visioning was, “What is God’s perfect idea for this new ministry?” Literally, as soon as we surrendered into being God’s vision (instead of “trying to do God’s planning”), an amazing convergence of good began to form with astonishing swiftness and clarity, pouring out blessings one after another (sometimes one on top of the other!) so quickly that we scarcely had room to receive them.

Being Extraordinary
Rev. Andriette facilitated a workshop entitled Extraordinary Leadership L.O.V.E.S. at the United Centers for Spiritual Living event February 16-19, 2009 in Anaheim, CA.
"In this interactive workshop we will explore the core values that serve to structure our sense of extraordinary leadership. We will bring together in a meaningful way the motivations, beliefs, and ideals that stir our Global Heart, so that we can more effectively embody these passions and values as extraordinary leaders."
“True leadership, not to be confused with dictatorship, does not take away an individual's freedom, choice, accountability, or responsibility. Just as the leader is to be serving and taking into account the ideas and needs of those they lead, those following that lead are to be doing the same thing. In doing so, they, along with the leader, practice self-restraint, develop character, integrate discipline, and practice love and respect for other people. This creates a kind of self-leadership at all levels of the group. It promotes a self-leadership environment where all are empowered and working toward the good of the whole because it is in the best interest of all.”
